How do I design a custom phone case at Letscase?

Use our online customizer, choose your device, upload an image (at least 1000×1000 pixels), adjust the design, preview it on a realistic mockup, then add to cart and checkout. You can also send your design on WhatsApp and we'll create it for you.

How long does a custom phone case take to make?

Custom cases are produced within 1-2 business days after your order is confirmed, plus standard delivery time (1-3 days in Accra, 3-7 days elsewhere in Ghana).

Can I return a custom phone case?

Custom cases are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with a printing defect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there's an issue.

What image quality do I need for a custom case?

For the best print quality, use an image with a resolution of at least 1000×1000 pixels. Higher resolution images produce sharper, more vibrant results.
